WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Analyst, E-Commerce Operations Inventory & Replenishment to join our team on a 12-month contractual basis. This position will be based out of our McCarter Distribution Center located in Newark, New Jersey and allows candidates the opportunity to work hybrid (2-days a week in-office).
The salary range for this position is $64,046 - $67,000 annually depending on experience and qualification
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
- Be the business lead and contact for all global online inventory management functions including but not limited to replenishment, FIFO management, physical counts, reporting and batch management.
- Responsible for driving online (Brand.com & TikTok Shop) inventory performance through regular analytical assessments of inventory levels, trends, OOS (Out-of-Stocks) and replenishment activity across global fulfilment centres.
- Takes end-to-end ownership of the replenishment cycle, including the creation and management of regular intercompany replenishment orders, with responsibility for error resolution and timely execution to support order fulfilment.
- Tracks inventory health across all SKUs, leveraging data to develop accurate replenishment plans and maintain ideal stock levels for all online channels (Brand.com & TikTok Shop).
- Regularly interacts within the Online Operations and supply chain teams to exchange critical inventory data, communicate replenishment status and resolve stock-related issues.
- Supports cross-functional collaboration with internal warehouse teams, third-party logistics providers and global replenishment stakeholders.
- Problems encountered are generally routine and clearly defined, requiring thorough and accurate data analysis to support decision making.
- Applies general understanding of e-commerce fulfilment operations and industry standards, leveraging past experience in business and supply chain practices.
- Maintains oversight of intercompany replenishment orders and inventory accuracy across regional hubs.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and supply chain management is required
- Experience in inventory/supply chain analysis, transportation or retail analysis is preferred
- Prior experience or working knowledge of ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamic 365 and Salesforce is a strong asset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate between several modules/programs
- Experienced working with transportation and supply chain management
- Strong experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analysing datasets
