We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer – Origins role will help shape Origins by translating brand & content strategy into innovative digital design solutions. We are looking for a detail-obsessed and fast-moving designer who enjoys owning workstreams - delivering their vision onto CRM, Web, and Paid channels.

This is a hybrid role, based 3 days out of our Soho NYC office.
PAY RANGE
The anticipated base salary for this position is $99,400 to $125,000.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
Digital Design & Brand Vision
Design and produce email designs, paid media assets, and website content, ensuring the ethos and visual identity of Origins translates seamlessly into digital environments
Work with Art Director in defining the creative vision for Origins digitally, and act as the guardian for creative consistency across digital touchpoints
Own and establish digital design strategy, guidelines, design systems, and wireframing as needed.
Translate e-commerce trends, product storytelling, and marketing strategy into beautiful design solutions that align with the brand vision.
Rapidly assess digital markets and competitor landscapes to identify creative white space and iterate on our design performance.
Collaborate with Design, Brand, and Online teams to deliver high-impact digital executions and ensure design decisions align with business objectives.
Participate in and help lead planning meetings to inform the digital content calendar and build compelling narratives
Oversee the end-to-end design process from concepting with Brand team to executing and delivering assets
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
7+ Years of Elite Digital Design Experience: Proven experience in digital design, ideally working within global brands in the beauty, luxury, culture, or fashion sectors, backed by a relevant degree or equivalent work experience.
Expert Design Tool Proficiency: Technical mastery and day-to-day expert proficiency using industry-standard tools including Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Creative Leadership & Team Mentorship: Proven management experience with a natural ability to lead, inspire, and foster collaboration across a digital team while actively mentoring rising creative talent.
Design Systems & Web Accessibility: Demonstrated success in creating, evolving, and maintaining complex digital design systems while ensuring strict adherence to web accessibility standards.
Entrepreneurial & Visually Driven Mindset: A proactive, out-of-the-box problem solver with a deep passion for sustainability and culture, who thrives on creating visually stunning user experiences in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
