Known as “The Abnormal Beauty Company”, DECIEM is the parent company of The Ordinary, NIOD, and other beauty brands & is an industry disruptor with a science first approach to innovation. DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. He developed DECIEM to be a happy family (of people and beauty brands), rooted in kindness, creativity, diversity, and respect, alongside Co-Founder, Nicola Kilner.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Reporting into the Senior Director, Global Online Marketing, the Senior Manager, Creative Strategy & Operations - Global (1 year contract) will be responsible for shaping the future of our digital content and operations for The Ordinary & NIOD brands. Youwill drive the vision, execution, and governance of our digital assets, ensuring flawless execution.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

Digital Brand Planning

  • Lead the integrated creative strategy for digital assets across email, paid media, and website
  • Maintain and oversee a centralized digital content calendar that captures campaign, commercial, and Always On moments.
  • Drive the creative vision for how Campaign and Always On assets are brought to life across each digital touchpoint
  • Partner with Creative Designers to uphold brand and digital best practices consistently across all content
  • Conduct regular audits of digital assets to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Define and plan asset needs for Campaign and Always On content based on project scope and business goals

Digital Optimization & Workflow Management

  • Oversee end-to-end workflows for Always On content, from briefing through approvals, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
  • Manage a cross-functional team including copywriters, freelancers, and digital designers, optimizing hours, budget, and task allocation
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Wrike) to track progress, streamline collaboration, and optimize resource planning
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency across digital content creation and processes
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including channel leads, brand, scientific communications, and legal for smooth execution.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • 5-7 Years of proven experience in creative strategy & process optimization
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices
  • Proficiency in Wrike or similar project management tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with brand, creative, and digital teams
