DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Content Project Manager & Brand Operations, Online - Global (1 year contract) who is passionate about supporting the digital content of The Ordinary & NIOD brands. Reporting into the Senior Director, Global Online Marketing, you will be the brand guardian for The Ordinary & NIOD’s digital content, owning the end to end project management of content workflows, and driving process excellence across our digital channel.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

Digital Content Project Management

  • Own end-to-end content workflows for our always on content, including content approvals, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality execution
  • Oversee a team of copywriters, freelancers, and digital designers, managing hours, budget, and task allocation to maintain optimal coverage during both steady and peak periods
  • Plan & map digital asset requirements for brand campaigns & always on content, based on project scope and objectives
  • Leverage Wrike & other PM tools to streamline workflows and track project progress

Process Optimization & Workflow Efficiency

  • Identify & eliminate bottlenecks in our digital content creation & online processes, to enhance key processes for our team
  • Optimize project intake & approval workflows with key stakeholders including brand, sci comms, and legal to ensure seamless execution
  • Optimize brand-digital collaboration to ensure a cohesive content strategy
  • Manage digital asset requests to ensure strategic alignment with always on & brand campaigns

Digital Asset Strategy & Governance

  • Lead digital content best practices, ensuring assets are optimized for each channel
  • Audit assets regularly for quality, consistency, and adherence to standards
  • Partner with Creative Directors & Designers to ensure digital practices are upheld consistently across assets (e.g., email copy, ad creatives, web content)
  • Maintain a centralized digital calendar for brand & digital alignment

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • Proven experience in content project management, digital asset strategy, and process optimization
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices
  • Proficiency in Wrike or similar project management tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with brand, creative, and digital teams
