Known as “The Abnormal Beauty Company”, DECIEM is the parent company of The Ordinary, NIOD, and other beauty brands & is an industry disruptor with a science first approach to innovation. DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Key Accounts – US (6-8 month FTC) at DECIEM who will be responsible for leading the respective key accounts within the DECIEM business by developing strategic, 360°, omni Go To Market plans that maximize brand accessibility and drive rank gain and market share growth in the US.

This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $125,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Manage key US omni channel programming with a focus on best in class retail account partnership, fostering excellent working relationships with all members of Merchant teams
  • Oversee sales forecasting, ensuring appropriate stock levels are being met in stores/online by consistently monitoring shipments, changes in product availability, proactively identifying OOS product risks or up ticks in demand and manage non-productive inventory
  • Manage the sell in and sell through strategies in partnership with Supply Chain and Finance teams for the retail accounts across both B&M and Dotcom to support omni revenue and growth targets
  • Oversee omni-product assortments maximizing productivity, mix, and presentation driving innovation focused on optimizing current programs, and building/ testing new programs and opportunities
  • Make strategic and analytically supported commercial innovation recommendations to influence sales performance and mitigate sales gaps
  • Build strong, positive, and collaborative relationships with internal and external counterparts (merchandising, marketing, planning, education, PR, dotcom) while developing strategies to sustainably increase revenue
  • Collaborate on developing retailer specific media plans including paid media, CRM / targeting campaigns and strategies
  • Build in partnership with the Director of Brand, Americas key marketing initiatives for each account, defining innovative and best in class retail plans and digital campaigns, supporting retailer activity calendars and managing/ defining total retail promotional strategy and activations
  • Track, analyze and recap the business performance and opportunities on bi-weekly, quarterly and annual basis including competitive retail reports and mix of business
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising Team on creating differentiated in-store experiences through unique merchandising and collateral opportunities. Ensure clear, accurate briefing of all projects to ensure an on time, exceptional implementation upholding DECIEM brand cues
  • Play an active role in the yearly strategic budget planning process and spearhead the development and maintenance of the Promotional budget allocating resources to high growth channels and initiatives with a clear focus on ROI

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • Specialty/Multi-channel experience, specifically Sephora (this is a must to be considered)
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and Excel skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to solve problems, negotiate and take ownership
  • Strategic thinker, with extensive ability to operationalize, leveraging excellence in time management, demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Solid financial and inventory planning acumen
