Manager, Email Automation & Analytics - Origins - Global

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Reporting into the Senior Manager of CRM, the Manager, Email Automation & Analytics – Origins - Global will be responsible for developing, optimizing and maintaining automated email flows and strategies, technical email builds, along with data reporting & analysis of our CRM campaigns and automations. We are looking for a candidate that has salesforce marketing expertise, and a performance driven mindset.

This is a hybrid role, based 3 days out of our Liberty Village, Toronto office.

PAY RANGE

The anticipated base salary for this position is $96,000 to $100,000.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Develop and implement CRM Email Journey programs end to end to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
  • Maintain and optimize email templates for updates such as Branding, browser platform updates (Gmail, Apple Mail etc.), Dark Mode optimization, additional templates, personalization, and overall enhancements
  • Create and analyze audience segmentations for personalization of email sends and reporting purposes
  • Develop, QA, and deploy marketing email assets to support all activations such as Campaigns, Always on, Promotions, Loyalty etc. and account for localized translations where applicable
  • Own and manage Origins’ automated email & journeys, building upon our suite of automations, maintaining automation health and optimizing based on data-driven insights
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities to streamline and organize processes
  • Map and analyze customer journeys to identify new touchpoints and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Manage automation performance reports (weekly, monthly, yearly) of activations and track key metrics and KPIs
  • Analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement and enhancements
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor CRM performance, providing actionable insights to steer email strategy

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • 5 years+ of experience in CRM, Online Marketing and/or DTC
  • Proven experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar technologies like Responsys and Klaviyo working experience with popular analytics platforms and reporting tools including Google Analytics (360 or GA4, GA 4 preferred), Looker, Microsoft BI, and others.
  • HTML, CSS, and basic SQL skills are a must
  • Understanding of international data compliance laws (CASL, GDPR, etc.)
  • Operational understanding of data, data modelling and how to use data coming from various sources in marketing communications
