WHAT ON EARTH IS DECIEM?

Known as “The Abnormal Beauty Company”, DECIEM is the parent company of The Ordinary, NIOD, and other beauty brands & is an industry disruptor with a science-first approach to innovation. DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. He developed DECIEM to be a happy family (of people and beauty brands), rooted in kindness, creativity, diversity, and respect, alongside Co-Founder Nicola Kilner.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a dynamic brand champion who brings strategy to life, blending creativity, collaboration, and execution to elevate DECIEM’s voice across products, people, and markets.

Strong Asset:

  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is Essential.
  • 2+ years of people management experience

    WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

    • Be the consistent voice of our brands, aligning with brand values and tone across all activities.
    • Build strong internal and external relationships to support brand growth and communication.
    • Support onboarding and coordination with new or local teams across markets.
    • Lead regional execution of global campaigns, launches, and messaging in alignment with global plans.
    • Define KPIs and track campaign performance to generate insightful 360° recaps and regional best practices.
    • Manage product cycles and marketing assets, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards.
    • Maintain and update regional marketing calendars based on business priorities.
    • Drive trade marketing and differentiation strategies with partners and local teams.
    • Coordinate visual merchandising and store design projects, adapting global guidelines to local needs.
    • Build and animate relevant internal presentations.

              SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

              • Deep understanding of the beauty industry, with additional insight into fashion, lifestyle, and consumer trends.
              • A solutions-oriented mindset, with entrepreneurial drive and strong problem-solving skills.
              • Strong data analysis and critical thinking abilities to guide decisions and strategy.
              • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with at least 2+ years of management experience.
              • Background in brand management, marketing, or equivalent experience/education in a similar field.
