WHAT ON EARTH IS DECIEM?

Known as “The Abnormal Beauty Company”, DECIEM is the parent company of The Ordinary, NIOD, and other beauty brands & is an industry disruptor with a science-first approach to innovation. DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. He developed DECIEM to be a happy family (of people and beauty brands), rooted in kindness, creativity, diversity, and respect, alongside Co-Founder Nicola Kilner.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a proactive multitasker to support our Partnerships team across launches, retail activations, and data reporting.

Strong Asset:

  • Fluency in French & English – essential for cross-market communication
  • Strong organizational & analytical skills – Excel, Google Sheets, and attention to detail are key

            WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

            • Support the Partnerships team with day-to-day operations, admin tasks, and coordination across different teams.
            • Help launch new products and events by sharing key materials and tools with our retail partners.
            • Assist with onboarding new retailers and setting up accounts in a smooth and timely way.
            • Manage incoming requests from retailers, including product details, pricing, visuals, and samples.
            • Help plan and coordinate in-store promotions and trade activities to boost brand visibility and sales.
            • Work closely with the Brand team to organize marketing materials and campaign assets.
            • Track and analyze sales data such as orders, product performance, and conversion rates to support business decisions.
            • Coordinate order and delivery follow-ups in partnership with the logistics team.
            • Support sales forecast updates and monitor how the business is performing against targets.
            • Research market trends and competitors, and help explore new retail opportunities.

                      SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

                      • Strong organizational and time management skills – ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
                      • Clear and confident communication – both written and verbal- to liaise effectively with internal teams and retail partners.
                      • Analytical mindset – comfortable working with sales data, KPIs, and performance reports to support business decisions.
                      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) – for reporting, tracking, and presentations.
                      • Team player with a proactive attitude – ready to take ownership, solve problems, and support cross-functional projects.
