WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a proactive and hands-on Key Account Associate Manager, Partnerships – Canada & LATAM (Known at DECIEM as Partnerships Associate Manager) to help build bridges across Canada and LATAM!

You’ll own retail program tracking, reporting, and activations, turning data into actionable insights and strengthening relationships with key partners.

You thrive on connecting retail teams with brand, marketing, and product initiatives, and you love creating clear, impactful presentations that showcase results. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a creative “unicorn” mindset – ready to take ownership and make things happen<3

If you have experience in partnerships within a beauty brand, excel at data analysis and reporting, and are excited to collaborate across multiple stakeholders to drive growth and brand impact, we would love to meet you!

STRONG ASSET:

  • Hands-on. proactive and agile
  • 2+ years of Experience working in a corporate beauty brand - retail sales is preferred (e.g., Sephora and/or similar)

PAY RANGE

The anticipated base salary for this position is CAD 65,000 to 70,000.

Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Support Business Development and Canada & LATAM teams to optimize efficiency, profitability, and cross-team communication.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with retail partners to drive revenue growth for DECIEM.
  • Assist in launching new retail partnerships and nurturing existing ones to ensure ongoing positive growth and engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of retail partners, including Brick & Mortar and Etail accounts.
  • Build trusted advisory relationships with key retailer counterparts across Merchandising, Dotcom, Marketing, and Planning.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (Design, Retail, Retail Operations, L&D, Supply, Logistics, PR & Comms, Digital) to support brand elevation, education, and distribution expansion.
  • Provide input into business planning, including retail targets, promotional volumes, and launch activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate administrative support: purchase orders, new line forms, and pre-launch retailer materials/samples.
  • Monitor partnership performance and track key metrics to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Act proactively, taking ownership of tasks and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance partner experience and business results.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, promptness, and professionalism with solid priority setting / organizational skills
  • Strong intuitive and independent thinking ability
  • Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in Partnerships within a beauty brand is an asset
