WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Manager, Supply Chain New Initiatives & System Enhancements focused on improving supply and production planning processes in our Etobicoke Location.

PAY RANGE

The anticipated pay range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000.

Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

• Support configuration and optimization of MRP settings in Microsoft D365 in alignment with operational needs.

• Perform analyses of operational lead times and update ERP data to support effective supply planning.

• Support integration efforts during the transition from D365 to SAP by coordinating with key stakeholders.

• Prepare and interpret weekly supply chain KPI reports, identifying risks and areas for improvement.

• Partner with the Product Development & Launch (PD&L) team to identify and communicate supply chain planning risks.

• Support supply planning activities for new product introductions to enable smooth product launches.

• Partner with the Product Development & Launch (PD&L) team to identify and communicate supply chain planning risks.

• Maintain accuracy of MRP data to reflect operational needs.

• Support the implementation of cost optimization initiatives while maintaining product quality and service levels

• Assist in setting clear goals and development plans (IDPs) to promote growth and performance.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• 4+ years of production planning or equivalent supply chain experience required.

• 1–2 years of experience in a leadership, coordination, or supervisory role within production/manufacturing or supply chain preferred.

• 3+ years of experience working in an ERP environment (SAP, MS Dynamics 365).

• Training or certification in Production and Inventory Management preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field required
