WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re hiring an Associate Manager, Education Operations to support all key operations for consumer-facing education, including project and stakeholder management and managing and maintaining key process standards to support operational excellence.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office.
PAY RANGE
The anticipated base salary for this position is $55,000 to $58,000.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
- Help support training needs by assisting with various operational aspects of the implementation of learning tools and programs in collaboration with partners and global affiliates, with a specialized focus on customer-facing functions
- Responsible for the project and task management of all consumer-facing educational initiatives to drive high-impact learning programs for retail and partnerships
- Help coordinate and participate in the logistics and set-up of all global-led trainings
- Assist in meetings with key business partners to assess needs and provide insights and recommended next steps
- Support and maintain the metrics and reporting for all Global Education initiatives
- Manage the project management tool (Asana) and our calendar to ensure all projects are on-time and up-to-date
- Ensure all consumer-facing education materials are organized in the shared drives and on the education portal
- Maintain the education portal and ELC Academy
- Facilitate the end-to-end translations process and delivery of translated materials. This includes submission, facilitating reviews from internal partners, formatting the finished products and delivering the final product to relevant stakeholders
- Responsible for all purchase orders and managing vendors, budget and payment for projects as well as supporting the budgets and booking of travel if global education team travel is needed
- Contribute to a positive learning environment and represent the key mission and value of DECIEM
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- Experience in sales, training or education is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Strong skincare and product knowledge
- Strong writing skills and record keeping abilities
- Detail oriented and passion for precision work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
