WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Digital Brand Manager & Operations who will be responsible for bridging creative ambition with operational excellence, ensuring global digital campaigns for The Ordinary and NIOD are delivered with precision, speed, and consistency across all markets.

This is a hybrid role based 3 days a week out of our Toronto office.

PAY RANGE

The anticipated base salary for this position is $90,000 to $95,000.

Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Calendar Ownership: Own and maintain annual, quarterly, and monthly digital GTM calendars
  • Process Ownership: Lead the end-to-end GTM process from briefing through execution and post-launch review
  • Insights & Trends: Leverage consumer, market, and performance insights to inform content strategy
  • Workflow Integration: Translate strategy into clear deliverables, timelines, and channel dependencies
  • Act as the primary connector across Web, CRM, Paid Media, SEO, Brand, Commercial, Retail, and Regional teams
  • Align Paid, Owned, and Earned strategies, including coordination with Organic Social for amplification and always-on support
  • Own monthly performance reports across digital channels
  • Creative Performance: Translate data into clear insights on what’s working and where to optimize
  • Identify and implement A/B testing opportunities and platform-level improvements to drive ROI
  • Own and evolve the briefing and approval ecosystem, reducing friction across Legal, Copy, and Creative
  • Manage freelancers (PMs, designers, copywriters) and support junior team members

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • 5+ years in Digital Marketing or Digital Operations (Beauty, Fashion, or CPG preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Monday.com)
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and briefs
  • Natural ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with various cross-functional partners
  • Strong presentation skills; you must be comfortable presenting regularly to stakeholders of all levels
