WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a results-driven communications manager with proven experience in UK & Ireland PR and influencer marketing. You’ll lead integrated campaigns, strengthen media networks, and deliver insights that shape brand growth. A creative, meticulous, and collaborative professional who thrives on impact and innovation.
Asset:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a PR, Communications, or Marketing role at a Senior Executive/Junior Account Manager level, including a maximum of 2 years of prior experience as a Manager.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
Lead PR and influencer communications for DECIEM skincare brands, primarily The Ordinary, across the UK & Ireland, aligning with global strategy.
Drive proactive pitching for product launches, translating market insights into actionable communication plans.
Partner with the Senior Communications Manager to shape brand storytelling, commercial opportunities, and high-profile business coverage.
Act as a primary communications representative in internal and external meetings, collaborating cross-functionally with Social, Partnerships, and Brand teams.
Manage press logistics, sample send-outs, event execution, and press materials to maximise media impact.
Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer sentiment to inform high-impact campaigns.
Utilise reporting platforms (Launchmetrics, AWIN, Tribe Dynamics) to measure ROI and provide actionable insights.
Ensure all communications content meets top-quality standards and reflects brand integrity.
Support the Senior Communications Manager with strategic input, project management, and executive reporting.
Manage junior team members and oversee submissions for awards, campaigns, and product launches.
