Known as “The Abnormal Beauty Company”, DECIEM is the parent company of The Ordinary, NIOD, and other beauty brands & is an industry disruptor with a science first approach to innovation. DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Partnerships – EMEA to join us from mid-October until May 30th, 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the respective key accounts within the DECIEM business by developing strategic and promotional plans that maximize brand accessibility, profitability, and communication with respective market partners while ensuring alignment in territory goals and budgets

  • This is a hybrid role based out of our Paris Office
  • Bilingualism in English and French is ESSENTIAL
  • This is a CDD ending May 2025

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Oversee sales forecasting, consistently monitoring shipments, changes in product availability, proactively identifying OOS product risks or up ticks in demand and manage non-productive inventory
  • Build strong, positive, and collaborative relationships with external counterparts (merchandising, marketing, planning, dot com) while developing strategies to sustainably increase revenue
  • Input to business planning for sales targets, stock volume, and launch activities to guide Commercial strategy
  • Track, analyze and recap the business performance and opportunities on bi-weekly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Partner with internal counterparts and the Senior Director of EMEA to cascade strategy when applicable
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional departments including: Design, Retail, Retail Operations, L&D, Supply, Logistics, PR / Comms and Digital to help aid brand awareness and education
  • Collaborate with leadership on feedback, sales analysis, key business planning initiatives, and strategy to equip field sales team with the necessary reporting and tools to successfully increase B+M sell-through
  • Attend regular internal meetings to represent Partnerships function within DECIEM providing sales specific insight to internal cross-functional partners and presenting
  • Support the affiliate teams in ensuring revenue ambitions are met, and that product launches and activations execution is aligned with the calendar and the plan.
  • Offer operational and administrative support in deploying business into new doors and with new partners within the region
  • Manage a team of 2, supporting them in meeting their defined objectives

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • Experience working for a corporate beauty brand in a similar commercial role
  • Strong problem solver, negotiator and ability to take ownership
  • Strategic thinker, with extensive ability to operationalize, leveraging excellence in time management, demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines in an unstructured environment
  • Excellent organization skills and demonstrate accuracy and detail-orientation is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills both written and oral with the ability to work with all levels of staff and management across various departments
