DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Manager, TikTok Commerce - US to join DECIEM at our NYC Office. You’ll be responsible for managing our TikTok store, overseeing the content and marketing strategy and reporting on performance and insights.

The NYC salary range for this position is $82,000 USD to $120,000 USD annually depending on experience and qualifications.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Serve as the Online store manager for TikTok Shop, developing any new digital store launches and scaling strategies with Deciem and Global Online teams
  • Drive the commercial strategy to maximize sales and consumer reach
  • Responsible for the financial management of TikTok Shop store, including sales, merchandising, inventory and media traffic, in partnership with cross functional teams
  • Create and manage content calendar across touchpoints, gaining cross-functional alignment and support from internal teams
  • Oversee store operations, content operations (live & video) and creator affiliate operations to drive creative & cohesive content programming to deliver sales targets
  • Manage the regular reporting of TikTok Shop performance, drive insights reviews to inform the content and Online strategies. Proactively manage traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimizations to drive sales growth.
  • Manage TSP relationship & on-going services or other vendors as needed
  • Regularly conduct market research to discover new trends and technologies to unlock growth
  • Develop best practices, tools, and templates to facilitate effective collaboration among teams, including providing regular project status updates and progress reports to leadership
  • Create a pipeline and manage the future rollout for TikTok Shop Expansion in new markets outside of the US

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • 5+ years of equivalent work experience in Online/Commerce, Performance Marketing, Social & Digital Marketing or relevant education is required
  • Demonstrate efficiency in implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
  • Strong business acumen a must, P&L management experiences preferred
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator and operational leadership experiences preferred
  • Fast learner with entrepreneurial spirit working to iterate and refine new business models
