Known as “The Abnormal Beauty Company”, DECIEM is the parent company of The Ordinary, NIOD, and other beauty brands & is an industry disruptor with a science first approach to innovation. DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a National Account Manager, UK & Ireland who will be responsible for working with the UK & Ireland Partnerships team to develop strategies to maximize efficiency, profitability, and communication for omni-channel retail partners.

This is a hybrid role based out of our London office.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Work closely with internal cross-functional departments including: Design, Retail, Retail Operations, L&D, Supply, Logistics, PR / Comms and Digital to help aid our distribution expansion, brand elevation and education with retail and distribution partners in new markets
  • Facilitate retail and distribution partnerships account set-up (handling administrative requirements, ensuring brand assets are transmitted, supporting in launch planning) in new markets
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to communicate and ensure optimal stock availability and inventory updates with a global lens
  • Track, analyze and recap global business performance and opportunities on bi-weekly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Lead monthly calls with the global market teams and own agendas and recaps on behalf of the Partnerships function
  • Own the running global calendar to ensure visibility into sales and key internal and external deadlines, updates and expansion plans
  • Attend regular internal meetings to represent Global Partnerships function within DECIEM providing sales specific insight to internal cross-functional partners
  • Consolidate global forecast for new launches and work with Supply Chain on communicating timeline updates and overseeing prioritization as needed
  • Responsible for working with the Business Development team as opportunities arise with new business and global expansion plans including but not limited to prospecting, conducting market research and coordinating visits with distributors / prospective partners

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • Previous experience in a similar role or as a buyer/inventory planner
  • Experience partnering with commercial/sales teams who sell in to retailers
  • Superior analytical skills and sound business and financial judgment
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint
