DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Team Leader, E-Commerce Operations - US to join DECIEM at our Distribution Center in Newark, New Jersey. The Team Leader, E-Commerce Operations - US at DECIEM is a key role within DECIEM's E-Commerce Operations. The ideal candidate will be the operational backbone, ensuring that our e-commerce team runs smoothly and efficiently.
Proficiency in Spanish is an added advantage.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
- Covering/supporting duties of eCommerce Operations Manager during AL/time away from the business and assisting during peak periods
- Assists with daily eCommerce operations out of the US fulfillment center including but not limited to order fulfillment, reverse logistics, inventory management, staff development, customer service communication
- Assist with staff training and development with ownership of the onboarding of temporary staff during peak periods and daily management of agencies to assist Operations Manager
- Support a culture and the management of continuous improvement and standardization of e-commerce operational processes
- Local secondary lead of ERP system including daily monitoring and issue resolving that does not allow for perfect fulfillment experience
- Cross collaboration with DECIEM departments to enable reporting on multiple eCommerce areas with the key goal of improvement- including but not limited to cost reduction, increased throughput, improved customer experience and safest practices
- Assist with logistics partner relationships/administration to ensure daily dispatches are accurate and orders are fulfilled on time and accurately.
- Supports cost improvement initiatives and system improvements as directed by the e-Commerce Operations Manager
- Assists in allocating tasks to warehouse team members efficiently, following the e-Commerce Operations Manager's strategy
- Helps in setting objectives for team members and supports their development with the e-Commerce Operations Manager's guidance
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- Ability to build, foster and nurture relationships & effective working process with members of the Global team and cross-functional teams
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven problem solver, solutions orientated and a self-starter
- Familiarity with e-Com software (SalesForce, payment gateways, online fraud tools, personalization tools, etc.). SalesForce and Zenkraft experience is an asset
