WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

An experienced marketer who will lead and localise the brand strategy across our Asia markets. To be successful you must demonstrate your experience in leading marketing campaigns, have strong people management and design skills and have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the different markets across Asia.

This is a FT position, located from the Estee Lauder offices at Harbour City. This is a hybrid role, in the office 3 days per week.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Support the Brand Director, APAC in building the overall Brand strategy for DECIEM, defining brand values, tone of voice and messages
  • Direct DECIEM’s Consumer Engagement strategy with the support of the Brand Director, APAC
  • Serve as the regional lead for all Asia consumer activations, orchestrating cross-functional workflows between the regional office, ELC affiliates and Global to drive market-specific engagement and operational excellence
  • Drive regional growth by owning end to end marketing campaigns—from insight-driven ideation to post-campaign analysis—and delivering localized consumer-facing activations that resonate with diverse Asian markets.
  • Report monthly on Consumer Engagement metrics
  • Maintain the personality & voice of DECIEM, ensuring consistency across all communications
  • Build and implement strong launch plans for new products and brands
  • Conceptualize and build-out on-brand campaigns, working cross-functionally with creative, scientific and digital teams
  • Work alongside the Creative team to build engaging content for DECIEM, ensuring that brand voice and values are reflected through all content and assets
  • Work across all stages of New Product Development (NPD) including competitor analysis, positioning, names, sizing and pricing

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • Strong understanding of the beauty industry and consumer sentiment with extensive branding knowledge as related to other industries such as fashion, lifestyle etc.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of New Product Development in the beauty care industry, including skincare, color cosmetics, body care and baby care categories
  • History in copywriting, journalism, and copyediting skills
  • 3 + years of people management and/or leadership experience is required
  • Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in Brand Management, Marketing or similar is an asset
