WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Intern, Social Impact - Global to join our Belonging & Social Impact team. This role will be based in our Head Office, located in Liberty Village. This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
Start Date - Monday May 11th, 2026
End Date - Friday August 28th, 2026
PAY RANGE
The anticipated base salary for this position is $22.00 per hour.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
- Documentation & Vetting: Assist in the record keepings and vetting of charitable organizations against DECIEM and Estée Lauder Companies' compliance and reputational requirements.
- Donation Administration: Support product donation administration, logging and coordinating product donations with partners and our supply chain team.
- Communications Coordination: Provide administrative support for internal and external communication strategies, including organizing assets for social and creative teams, and the creation of LinkedIn posts.
- Meeting & Event Logistics: Assist in coordinating employee engagement strategies and social moments by managing invites, attendance tracking, and internal awareness materials for big moments, such as Pride.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- Administrative Skills: Requires a strong foundation in project management and planning to handle organizational tasks effectively.
- Communication: Must possess high-level verbal and written skills to coordinate between internal teams, outside agencies, and non-profit partners.
- Prioritization: Demands robust time management and the ability to multitask, ensuring various projects are followed through to completion.
- Values Alignment: A genuine interest in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and community impact is necessary to align with the role's mission.
- Adaptability: Requires high flexibility to remain productive and shift focus quickly within a fast-paced environment
