Known as “The Abnormal Beauty Company”, DECIEM is the parent company of The Ordinary, NIOD, and other beauty brands & is an industry disruptor with a science first approach to innovation. DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. He developed DECIEM to be a happy family (of people and beauty brands), rooted in kindness, creativity, diversity, and respect, alongside Co-Founder Nicola Kilner.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a strategic, organized, and relationship-driven superstar to lead growth and excellence with our amazing retail partners. From sales and distribution to marketing alignment and business insights, you’ll be at the heart of expanding our brand’s presence and impact – all while keeping things beautifully on-brand.

Strong Asset: 3+ years of relevant work experience (beauty industry is a plus) in sales account management, brand, or retailer side.

  • Strategic Account Management
    Proven experience in managing and growing retail partnerships with a focus on sales performance, brand alignment, and execution at POS.
  • Multilingual Communication Skills
    Fluency in French and English is ESSENTIAL!
  • Commercial & Data-Driven Mindset
    Strong ability to analyze sell-through data, track KPIs, prepare business reviews, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Cross-Functional & Agile Collaboration
    Skilled in working with internal teams (Marketing, VM, Supply Chain, Demand Planning) and external stakeholders to drive seamless go-to-market execution.
  • Project Management & Operational Excellence
    Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities across markets, always delivering with precision.

          WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

          • Develop and execute growth strategies with selected European retail partners to drive efficiency, profitability, and market expansion.
          • Lead retailer engagement through weekly/monthly meetings, managing agendas, recaps, and key follow-ups.
          • Oversee retail distribution management, including new door openings, closures, space adjustments, and account setup.
          • Coordinate with Marketing to plan co-op budgets and ensure effective execution of marketing calendars, VM strategy, and brand visibility.
          • Ensure smooth communication of go-to-market tools (pricing, assortment, brand updates) and alignment of regional brand assortments with retail partners.
          • Analyze and report on retail performance by collecting sell-through data, tracking KPIs, and supporting business reviews and NPD forecasting calls.
          • Drive net sales targets and financial planning in collaboration with the Head of Partnerships and internal teams.
          • Facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration with EMEA marketing, design, supply chain, and demand planning to support retail execution.
          • Champion brand excellence at POS, ensuring in-store execution is aligned with brand values and delivering a high-touch customer experience.
          • Support ongoing operational excellence through admin coordination, stock planning, store visits, and continuous process improvements.

                  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy across all tasks
                  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels
                  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
