DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

This is a multi-faceted, newly created role within our Melbourne DC. This role will require you to support the Warehouse Senior Manager in the overall management of the DC, as well as manage and lead the Inventory Control team and be responsible for the Customer Experience function in Australia.

This is a 12-month contract position and will require you to be onsite 5-days a week at our Port Melbourne warehouse.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like order accuracy and delivery times.
  • Resolve service failures relating to fulfillment and shipping
  • Help identify process improvements to reduce errors, prevent injuries and lower costs
  • Manage end-to-end order management for Australian B2B accounts, including accurate order placement, tracking, and ensuring on-time shipment & delivery
  • Work with the replenishment team to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring product availability and minimizing supply disruptions
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales Planning, Demand Planning, and Partnerships to ensure order processing aligns with business targets and timelines
  • Manage customer-related financial processes, including returns, claims, and deductions, by liaising with the finance team to ensure accurate resolution
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports to track performance for the Australian market
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory integrity and achieving a minimum of 98% inventory accuracy through effective cycle counting, strategic inventory control practices, and ongoing process improvements. Additionally, oversee Customization & Localization (C&L) processes including, but not limited to, return/quality inspections and reworks are executed in compliance with GMP practices.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Warehouse Management Systems
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, training, and managing teams
  • Effective time management, problem-solving and communication skills
  • 2 + years of people management and/or leadership experience is required
  • Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in supply chain, operations management is an asset
