WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a CMMS Master Data Specialist to join our Supply Chain Management team on a 12 month contract ending August 31, 2025. This position will be based out of our production facility in Etobicoke and requires candidates to be on-site 5 days a week.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Owner of the Fiix Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Manages the role assignments of each license and ensures proper access is provided.
  • Registers all assets and preventative maintenance schedules within the CMMS ensuring alignment with ISO14224 and ISO 55000 standards.'
  • Compiles the Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule and follows up to ensure that the Work Orders are closed prior to their due date as per SOP.
  • Creates the governing Quality documents (SOP, WI) for the administration and operation of the CMMS system.
  • Accountable for the Maintenance, Reliability and Operations spare parts (MRO) including inventory management and ordering.
  • Supports the creation of PM task lists and entry in the CMMS including association with the correct task groups for planning.
  • Creates material masters for each unique part and cross references to the asset Bill of Materials (BOM) and RemStar storage locations.
  • Manges the Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts and Invoice journal entries for the Maintenance Group.
  • Constructs proper job plans for scheduled and unscheduled work to support the creation of a Job Plan library which can be used in the future for similar jobs.
  • Curates the Maintenance documentation for future reference and regulatory related requests.
  • Generates Capital Requests for CAPEX requests relating to equipment purchases that do not meet the threshold of OPEX expenditures.
  • Support the forecasting of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and tracking the Last Best Estimate (LBE) for future expenditures relating to the Maintenance Budget.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • 1 + years of CMMS or data base related experience
  • 1 + years experience with MRO and purchasing systems
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as GxP or ISO 22716
  • Strong MS Excel skills (v-lookups, conditional formatting etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and customer service experience
