WHAT ON EARTH IS DECIEM?

We are a collective of disrupters and doers, of creatives and scientists, with a mission to reimagine the world of beauty.

Since inception, our vertically integrated structure, including our own laboratories, manufacturing, retail stores, and brand infrastructure, have enabled us to rapidly identify opportunities and deliver quality. Home to The Ordinary, NIOD, AVESTAN, and other emerging brands, our goal is to create with purpose. We were founded on the principle of doing everything that others don’t. Because normal gets you nowhere.

We are DECIEM, The Abnormal Beauty Company.

We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and organized R&D Packaging Intern to join our Research & Development team. In this role, you’ll support the development and testing of packaging components while helping us build smarter processes and more efficient ways of working.

From creating project trackers and organizing technical documentation to conducting hands-on packaging tests and investigating potential issues, you’ll get to see how the details behind our packaging come together. Working closely with teams across R&D, Design, Brand, Supply Chain, Quality, and more, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the technical side of product development while learning how we bring our products to life.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and finding better ways to do things — all while helping us create quality products with purpose.
